Very helpful article regarding various webinar hosting tools such as WebEx, anymeeting, oovoo etc. Additionally, one can even conduct or host webinars by deploying on premise web conferencing appliance such as RHUB appliances. It is easy to use and is only one time cost as compared to hosted services.

I haven’t tried it yet – but http://www.oovoo.com/home.aspx – allows up to 12 streams at the same time. Give it a go and let us know how it is!

From my research, I see that 6 seems to be the maximum amount of video participants at one time. Do you know of any program that may allow more?

Clyde, thanks for the great information on webinar hosting tools. I was one of WebEx’s first users, long before they got bought by Cisco. So I’ve been doing this kind of thing for a long time. But I’ve been away from it for awhile now. It’s good to know that there are a lot of good options out there.

These are really helpful. I’m doing more virtual productivity consulting and I can benefit from a lot of your suggestions. I like the screen sharing and phone suggestion. Also, who can complain about free options:-)
