I had a bunch of things that needed to be done, from fixing my printer to getting my email to download to two computers to getting Outlook Express to not cause my laptop to crash. Clyde was great on all fronts. He was a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable, resourceful, efficient and responsive. He's also funny and friendly.
